it seems that the model of SEP transport in geospace does something meaninful. The fields are calculated with T05 and recalculated during a model run. T05 is set with the parameters from data/T05/2017_OMNI_5m_with_TS05_variables.dat

Setting the model:
        git checkout earth_cutoff_rigidity_model

        gunzip data/T05/2017_OMNI_5m_with_TS05_variables.dat.gz

        ./Config.pl -application=earth-geospace_boundary_injection_sep_t96
        ./Config.pl -spice-path=/nobackupp17/vtenishe/SPICE/cspice -spice-kernels=/nobackupp17/vtenishe/SPICE/Kernels
